I never gave Tyra Banks much of a thought, but she caught my attention when she muscled up a bit and felt the need to show it off. Very skinny, but looking better with a bit of biceps

What's up Jillian

OK...Jillian Michaels is HOT...she has amazing arms....so why doesn't she show them off more?? She never pops out those biceps. She has the hands on hips down pat and she does the cross arm formidable look better than any woman....but no biceps peaks?? The closest I have ever seen is only a partial popper at best. Come on Jillian, show us those peaks!!

Where do old muscle chicks go?

Ever wonder about those bicep babes from the early days of FBB? What happens to them? We all know Rachel kept her killer biceps. Here is a shot that shows Tonya Knight kept her guns in prime shape as well. I think she looks even better now...less bulk, but all of the incredible shape and definition.

OK, I am completely sick of women saying they want to be more toned. There is no such thing. Please grrrls, you want more muscle! Its OK to want more muscle...you will not become manly, or overly muscular unless you want to and are extremely dedicated...or start juicing. So hit those weights, build up those muscles, you will be very happy with the results...as will men around you.

Rodent girl??

OK, I don't know why this girl is dressed as a gerbil, or hamster, or whatever...but she has rolled up her sleeves to display some nice biceps. I also don't know why they were measured in mm rather than cm...but at least they were measured. (253 mm on the right arm)(that's just shy of ten inches for those that are metrically challenged). She must be a small girl because those ten inch guns look fairly big.
